Veterans hold a special place in our society, their bravery and sacrifice often go unnoticed once they return to civilian life. Eastern Georgia HVP, a non-profit organization, is working tirelessly to ensure that veterans receive the hospice care they deserve as they navigate their end-of-life journey.

One of the main focuses of Eastern Georgia HVP is to bridge the gap between community hospice care providers and VA facilities. By establishing strong relationships between these entities, our goal is to create a seamless support system for veterans in need of end-of-life care. Additionally, the organization is dedicated to educating community agencies about veterans' unique needs and benefits, ensuring that every veteran receives the care and respect they deserve.
To further our mission, Eastern Georgia HVP is in the process of developing Operation P.A.T.H to serve the homeless population at large in Georgia. By providing a space for community engagement and education, Eastern Georgia HVP is ensuring that veterans and their families receive the support and respect they deserve during this important stage of their lives. Overall, Eastern Georgia HVP's dedication to improving end of life care for the homeless, through an innovative approach to hospice and commitment to serving those who have served our country, will remain our primary focus.
